HOW WILL YOUR BUSINESS BENEFIT?
YOUR CSR PROFILE
On your business’s behalf, the GLMC can handle all aspects of developing fantastic music and movement workshops that highlight your philanthropic commitment to engage with your local community.
The welfare of the beneficiary is always foremost in mind, but with appropriate permissions and safeguarding, events can be fully branded with prominent placement of corporate logos, banners on site, participant T shirts, etc.
Dependent on safeguarding provisions, company representatives can attend sharing events and elements of workshops may be filmed/photographed for use in corporate messaging on social media, press, TV and radio.
YOUR EMPLOYEES ENGAGED
The GLMC seeks to engage with your business’s internal programming for employee well-being, mental health and personal development.
We will aim to include volunteers from your business to actively participate in workshops, helping to create extraordinary, inspirational experiences.
Industry feedback shows that volunteers usually feel that opportunities like this make them feel happier, healthier, more resilient and better able to deal with change in both personal and company environments.
OPTIMISED RESULTS
Because of our bespoke service, businesses can be assured that we will work with you to ensure the corporate social responsibility for your company is optimised, and because of our different backgrounds, experiences, cultures and outlooks, we aspire to maximise diversity and inclusion; we are confident our vision for Diversity and Inclusion will be aligned to yours.
QUANTIFIABLE FEEDBACK
Words can’t express the joy of seeing someone with dementia suddenly recalling lost moments of their youth thanks to the stimulation of hearing a particular piece of music, or a young person with severe learning difficulties discover they can communicate in new ways through the power of engaging with music and movement.
But the GLMC realise that sometimes you’ll need more. That’s why we will survey both business and beneficiary after each event to get quantifiable feedback. We will ask questions about participant engagement, satisfaction and tangible short, medium and long-term benefits as well as economic benefits where applicable.
