HOW IT WORKS
1. Upon commission by the business client, GLMC will seek out a potential, appropriate community beneficiary and foster a close relationship between the two parties. It might be beneficial to make the relationships local to specific HQs or places of particular significance to the business.
2. Once connected, the GLMC will create a workshop programme. Workshops can be any shape or size, from a couple of participants to hundreds. All events are bespoke and can consist of single session, several days or long-term programmes of music, movement or combined discipline workshops. Business and beneficiary are fully consulted on all aspects of programming, safeguarding, logistics and programme selection.
3. Once an outline is agreed we assemble an appropriate team to address specific needs and requests.
4. Strict safeguarding protocols will always be observed, overseen by our own, qualified safeguarding consultant. All GLMC creative leaders are suitably trained, experienced and DBS approved.
5. Once appropriate risk assessments have been carried out a project proposal is created.
6. Upon approval of the project proposal and contract signatures, the GLMC then deliver the workshop at a mutually agreed date and time.
7. Pricing. Everything we create is bespoke and priced accordingly; here are some sample packages that might be of interest:
